Green appeared before a judge at Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday where he pleaded not guilty and was released by Judge Anthony Ferrara, despite green before term after-ins with the law.

Ferrara did issue a protection order for banks, but staff at the chic Chelsea, NY, studio are always concerned about return of Green.

The producer said: "There is no security in this building. It is very frightening."
